Challenge: Raise awareness for Denver’s newest hospitality and tourism attraction, McGregor Square.
Solution: Sage Hospitality debuted its new business district, McGregor Square, in the summer of 2020. Directly adjacent to Coors Field, McGregor Square is home to several restaurants, bars, retail shops, and a hotel to anchor the Rockies-inspired concept. We worked directly with McGregor Square to conceptualize, design, and produce a McGregor Square Passport to be used throughout quarter four and the majority of 2022. The book holds promotions, experiences, and 2-for-1s, all exclusive to McGregor Square, free of charge to Denverites and visitors alike! The McGregor Square Passport not only promotes foot traffic and brand awareness, but it also drives exploration for those who haven’t stumbled upon this fun corner of our city.
Results:
Over 20 unique deals and experiences across the restaurants, bars, hotels, and retail shops in McGregor Square.
Passports in the pockets and purses of Denverites and out-of-towners.
More revenue and foot traffic courtesy of McGregor Square.
